Philadelphia PA: As 2017 draws to a close, there is still plenty of exciting college basketball games left, as all the teams across the country will open up conference play. Let’s take a look at the City 6 from December 26 to December 31.
Villanova: The Wildcats enter this week as the Number 1 team in the nation for the third week in row after they took down Hofstra, and now the head on the Road to open Big East play on December 27 vs. DePaul and then at Butler on December 30.
Temple: The Owls look to get back to the winning ways after falling to Georgia on December 22. The Owls open up American Athletic Conference play on December 28 when they take on Tulane at 7PM on ESPN2 from the Liacouras Center and then on the road at Houston on December 30 at 6PM on ESPNU.
LaSalle: The Explorers are also looking to bounce back from a bad loss to Bucknell, back on December 22, as they take on Saint Louis on December 30 at 2PM from Tom Gola Arena.
Penn: The Quakers will return to action for the first time since their win over Dayton on December 9 as they host Delaware State on December 27 at 7PM on ESPN3 and Toledo on December 29 at 4PM. Both games are at the Palestra.
Drexel: The Dragons will try to rebound from their December 21 bad loss to Loyola (MD) as the Dragons open up Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) play against on December 30 at 2PM from Alumni Gym in Elon, North Carolina.
Saint Joseph’s: The Hawks will try to get back in the win column from their loss in the Basketball Hall of Fame Holiday Showcase against St John’s they open up Atlantic 10 conference play against George Washington on December 30 at 4PM from the Charles E. Smith Center in Washington, D.C.
