The Colorado Rapids have bought a young player Zach Pfeffer to complete Thursday’s SuperDraft deal with the Philadelphia Union. Pfeffer has been with the Union since he was fifteen and during this time, he has demonstrated he’s a talented player. He is an excellent teammate that became an asset to the organization. The Union developed a youth system, and Pfeffer was the first Homegrown player and one of the youngest players to ever sign a MLS contract. He has been a professional player since 2011. Punters search for the best free bet offers for him to be the number one pick. Sadly he just missed out and was the number two pick in the MLS SuperDraft trade. A general allocation money was also a part of the deal.

Pfeffer scored twice in the 21 MLS games he played last season. He played with a German club Hoffenheim in 2013 as a part of the Union’s youth system that loans players to other teams for a year.

The Colorado Rapids GM, Paul Bravo said about Pfeffer “He is the same age as a lot of these players at the SuperDraft and, had he been involved this year, he would have been a top pick. So we felt that his experience and his versatility, as well as the allocation money were too much of an opportunity for us to pass up”.

The Colorado Rapids also acquired the 15th overall pick 22-year-old Emmanuel Appiah. Their negotiations with Alejandro Bedoya from FC Nantes turned out to be unsuccessful as the French Association Club was not willing to trade the talented player.

The Rapids will benefit from strengthening midfield together with Michael Azira (28), Sam Cronin (29), Marlon Hairston (21), Marco Pappa (28), Dilon Powers (24), Juan Ramirez (22), Marcelo Sarvas (34) and Dillon Serna (21).  Their odds to win the title this year through free bets sites has dramatically dropped since the drafts.

As the SuperDraft concludes, the Colorado Rapids have acquired four new players. The negotiations via teleconference began with the Rapids selecting Emmanuel Appiah (Cincinnati) and Dennis Castillo from VUC together with exchanging money and setting an allocation ranking with a few different teams in the league. The acquisition of Zack Pfeffer from the Philadelphia Union was followed by transferring Clint Irwin to Toronto.

The Rapids have also selected the 43rd overall pick Chris Froschauer from Ohio State. Froschauer was voted one of the Big Ten Goalkeeper of the year 2015. He has played at Ohio State last season and posted ten shutouts through 19 games.  This impressive record helped punters who put free bets on him keeping a clean sheet, were big winners. Preceding to the time he played for the Ohio State, Froschauer was a transfer from Dayton. He was a three-year starter. The future will show whether trading goalie Clint Irwin for Froschauer was beneficial for the Rapids.
The Colorado Rapids have also expressed their interest in Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard. It has led to many punters searching for the best free bet offers on this move to happen. The US national team goalie is also interested in the Colorado Rapids and according to reports, Tim Howard could be on a move to the Rapids. Some sources say he is heading back to MLS in the summer. The negotiations are “ongoing and positive”. Tim Howard is now under a 4 year contract with Everton that expires in 2018.
