Fifty-five years ago was the last time the Philadelphia Eagles won a championship. As Al Morganti said recently, :If you’re afraid to take risks, go sit in your bed and watch somebody else win something.” Tonight, the fate of the Philadelphia Eagles will be decided. The state of Hawaii will sure be watching…

5:52 PM: The Eagles are reportedly the main team involved with the Titans in trade talks. The Eagles need to trade Bradford to add value to any package, whether that’s to Cleveland for a first round pick, or to the Titians in the mega deal.

No deal can really be consummated until Tampa Bay takes James Winston. Despite reports leaking last night that players are informed Winston would be selected, the league is still waiting until the last minute to divulge their final hands in the Mariota poker game.

Another note: reporters quoting “league sources” saying Mariota to Philly is a “pipe dream” is an absolute joke. It would be like asking one of the ugly sisters whether or not Cinderella can get a date to the ball: nobody knows how far Chip Kelly will go.

5:59 PM: Ed Werder of ESPN has tweeted:

This would pull back speculation that the Eagles are trying to move to the first overall pick. Only Tennessee has expressed interest in Bradford, meaning that it would be hard to deal with Tampa. Consider the first overall pick a no-go for the Eagles.

6:11 PM: Mama, there goes that man…

6:12 PM: NFL Network’s Albert Breer reports that DE Fletcher Cox, ILB Mychal Kendricks, and G Evan Mathis are on the trade block.

Also, update on speculation that the Eagles are trading to the first pick: many feel the Eagles themselves are leaking this to gain leverage against Tennessee.

6:18 PM: Tone of Twitter-verse says that Eagles are really being dragged along by Titans. Philly seeming desperate, and Tennessee trying to loot them of every possible penny.

6:28 PM: Don’t forget to enter our contest!

San Diego officially out!

6:40 PM: Oh, you right Eliot:

Check out some of the other options the Eagles have if they stay at pick 20.

7:25 PM: NFL Network’s Mark Sessler says Browns wish list is WR DeVante Parket and DT Danny Shelton.

7:29 PM: Bov Holtzman of ESPN reports that the Bears and Titans have talked; however, Titans are not interested in QB Jay Cutler.

Titans still emphasizing that they want to remain in top half of first round.

7:52 PM: Perhaps the biggest Tweet of the night:

7: 59 PM: Here we go…

8:00 PM: The 2015 NFL Draft is now open!

8:11 PM: With the 1st pick, the Buccaneers select QB James Winston.

8:16 PM: Oh, no

8:21 PM: With the 2nd pick, the Titans select QB Marcus Mariota.

8:25 PM: Titans could still trade Mariota, per a few sources.

8:28 PM: Jay Glazer says offered Bradford, two 1st rounders, and another player for the first pick.

With the 3rd pick, the Jaguars select DE Dante Fowler.

8:30 PM: Major source still holding out hope…

8:34 PM: With the 4th pick, the Raiders select WR Amari Cooper.
8:39 PM: With the 5th pick, the Redskins select OL Brandon Scherff.
8:41 PM: DL Leonard Williams sliding…
8: 47 PM: Titans GM: “We’re not trading him.” Ends Mariota hopes.
8:49 PM: With the 6th pick, the Jets select DL Leonard Williams.
9:13 PM: Picks 7-10: White, Beasley, Flowers, Gurley.
Still not a single trade…
9:20 PM: With the 11th pick, the Vikings select CB Trae Waynes.
9:28 PM: With the 12th pick, the Browns select DT Danny Shelton.

9:34 PM: With the 13th pick, the Saints select OT Andrus Peat.
9:42 PM: With the 14th pick, the Dolphins select WR DeVante Parker.
The 49ers have traded their pick to the Chargers, who draft RB Melvin Gordon.
9:50 PM: With the 16th pick, the Texans select CB Kevin Johnson.
9:59 PM: With the 17th pick, the 49ers select DE Arik Amsted.
10:04 PM: With the 18th pick, the Chiefs select CB Marcus Peters.
10:10 PM: Eagles on the clock!
10:19 PM: With the 20th pick, Eagles select WR Nelson Agholor.
10:57 PM: With 27th pick, rival Cowboys take CB Byron Jones. â€ȘEagles appeared to be high on Jones.
