If you’re looking to attend a Sixers game this year, you might be in the prime time to buy. Andrew Bynum has announced that he will definitely be playing at some point this season. When that will be remains unclear, but according to him, it is going to happen. 76ers tickets are cheap right now, but we can assume that they will hop up in price once he returns. There are a few good match ups later in the year that you might want to take a look at before the likely price hike.

Far and away the game with the best value will be the matchup between the Sixers and the Hawks on April 10th. The Sixers match up well against the Hawks, and may even have an advantage should Bynum be active. SeatCrunch is currently selling tickets for as low as $17. Tickets to courtside seats are in the $200-270 range, which for NBA tickets, is a pretty top notch price. The average price for a ticket to this game is about $55, which makes it the second least expensive home game remaining on the Sixers’ schedule. The least expensive is their game against the Magic on February 26th at an average price of $53.2.

At an average price of $57.70, the game against the Trail Blazers on March 18th presents another excellent matchup at a low price. Tickets start at $16. For that you get to see up-and-comer Damian Lillard, perennial MVP candidate LaMarcus Aldridge, and J.J. Hickson, who has quietly posted some of the most respectable numbers among the league’s big men.

Our final matchup is the game against the Brooklyn Nets on March 11th. The average price is $61, and the get-in price is about $18. Brook Lopez has been the best center in the league from a scoring standpoint, and has done an excellent job in the block department as well this year. Both Joe Johnson and Deron Williams are capable of playing better than they have this year, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t capable of putting on a show on any given night.

So there you have it. The season’s best “Bang for your Buck” matchups as of today. If you’re willing to roll the dice on Bynum’s return date, you might catch a fantastic game at a price much lower than you would normally pay.
