According to the official Phillies website, the team has outrighted infielder Pete Orr and catcher Steve Lerud.

Orr, 32-years old, has been with the team since November 2010. He’s spent time on the active roster as well as with the Phillies AAA Affiliate in Lehigh Valley.

Lerud, 27-years old, was added to the active roster in August. He was called up from the team’s Double-A affiliate in Reading when Carlos Ruiz and Brian Schneider were injured. He played back up to fellow catcher Erik Kratz.

According to the Phillies website, the team’s roster now stands at 36 with 4 players on the 60-day DL.
